Heathly Food vs junk food

1.Healthy Food:


 Good nutrition and a balanced diet help children grow up healthy. Whether your child is a toddler or a teenager, you can take steps to improve their nutrition and good eating habits form measures.

2.Junk Food:


The term "junk food" is used to describe foods with small amounts of the nutrients the body needs and with a high fat, sugar and salt, elements that the body can get too much easily.

Fruits: orange, watermelon, banana, pineapple, melon, pear, apple, grape, cherry, strawberry
Drinks:beers, drinks, alcohol, wine, soda, chicha

Sweets: weet whey with nuts, sweet Nutella with sea salt, sweet chocolate, Merengue.
Grains: lentils, corn, beans, rice, wheat, beans, beans, peas, pigeon peas.
Oil: butter, pork, peanuts, sausage, cheese, milk, pies, egg yolk, coconut, peanuts
Meat: Red meat, beef, pork, sheep meat, white meat, chicken, fish.
Trash food: Hamburger, candies, tablets, chips, sodas, pizza.
